Pre Sales Solutions Engineer

About the role

This position supports the sales team by providing technical and functional guidance on Jumio's identity verification and fraud prevention products. You will act as a key technical advisor to prospective clients, helping them understand how our solutions can address their specific needs.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Understand customer use cases through targeted questioning and propose optimal implementation strategies for Jumio's technology.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
• Contribute to responses for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Lead proof-of-concept initiatives during the pre-sales cycle.
• Guide customers through the onboarding process from initial meetings to successful implementation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for both external clients and internal sales teams.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to enhance technical and functional product knowledge.
• Develop and present customized demos across various platforms, including web and mobile.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in technical pre-sales, technical implementation management, or technical consulting within a SaaS enterprise environment.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with enterprise-level clients across different departments and seniority levels.
• Strong presentation abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient understanding of web and mobile programming or scripting languages such as JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, or Swift.
• Familiarity with computer operating systems including Unix, Linux, Windows, and Mac.
• Knowledge of mobile operating systems such as iOS, Android, React-Native, and Cordova.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, accustomed to the dynamics of a growing company.

Nice to have

• Experience with identity verification, KYC, AML, user authentication, or risk management solutions.
