Key facts

What you'll do

• Develop and implement strategic plans for a portfolio of major client accounts.
• Meet and surpass financial objectives for these accounts through proactive engagement.
• Cultivate strong, lasting connections with clients by understanding their needs and offering solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including Solution Engineering and Marketing, to enhance client success and account expansion.
• Present performance reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams to inform future development.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in SaaS account management, with a demonstrated history of managing key accounts and achieving revenue goals.
• Proven success in retaining and growing multi-million dollar accounts.
• Experience managing high-value enterprise accounts, with a focus on expanding business within them.
• Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce for account management and performance tracking.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, for conveying complex information effectively.
• Familiarity with AI concepts.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in the identity verification industry.
• Experience building relationships and identifying new use cases on a global scale.

Practical notes

• Base salary range: $133,801 - $161,746, with potential for geographical adjustment.
• Uncapped sales commission is available.
