What you'll do

• Drive ongoing improvements in delivery processes to achieve sustained performance gains.
• Manage the performance of your team members.
• Develop and implement training and development plans for associates.
• Supervise all end-to-end operations for a large site on a daily basis.
• Execute inbound and outbound operations, coordinating workflows and order flow to ensure timely product shipments.
• Analyze processes and daily objectives, making recommendations for performance enhancement.
• Report and escalate systemic issues to management promptly.
• Oversee seasonal contract employees, reviewing their tasks, managing productivity and attendance, and collaborating to meet objectives.

Requirements

• Understanding of e-commerce direct-to-consumer order fulfillment concepts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Approachable and responsive, capable of connecting with employees at all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in a distribution, warehousing, logistics, or supply chain setting.
• Thorough working knowledge of MS Office, including strong Excel skills.
• At least 1 year of direct or indirect leadership experience.
