About the role
In this position, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the public web ecosystem for JPMorgan Private Bank. You will ensure the successful launch of new features and content while collaborating with various teams to improve digital experiences for clients. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality web solutions that meet the complex needs of ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Oversee the implementation of enhancements and new experiences within the web ecosystem, ensuring clarity in requirements and readiness for launch.
- Manage complex transformation projects, including the migration of new businesses onto the platform, ensuring proper sequencing and stabilization.
- Analyze web capabilities and provide recommendations based on business needs and implementation challenges.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among Product, UX/Design, Engineering, Web Operations, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor performance metrics and objectives related to web engagement and conversion.
- Ensure the health of web delivery by coordinating intake, prioritization, defect management, and communication with stakeholders.
- Support the readiness for new releases and user adoption through documentation and governance processes.
- Advocate for continuous improvement and responsible AI practices to enhance workflows and reduce manual tasks while maintaining quality.
- Engage in Agile ceremonies and contribute to long-term planning activities.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering web solutions using a content management system (CMS).
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.
- Solid understanding of web technology principles, including accessibility and responsive design.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and its impact on user acquisition and engagement.
- Significant experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience working within regulated industries, such as financial services.
- Background in platform modernization and onboarding new businesses or regions.
- Familiarity with experimentation and continuous delivery methodologies.
