We have an opportunity to impact your career and provide an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible. In this role, you will own the technical vision and execution for critical Identity and Access Management services within our new EMEA Public Cloud Engineering organization. You will partner with a ground-level team to define technical direction, engineering culture, and operational excellence from the outset. The position requires you to design and implement platform services that span Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. You will apply advanced engineering judgment to ensure secure, high-quality production code regardless of its origin. This role empowers you to lead communities of practice and foster a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning. You will mentor engineers and guide system-level design as a core technical contributor on the platform. Ultimately, you will help raise the bar for technical excellence while enabling trusted technology products in a secure and scalable manner.
Key facts
What you'll do
Lead the design and implementation of platform services and infrastructure with an emphasis on architecture, integration patterns, and system reliability. Develop, review, debug, and maintain secure, high-quality production code, applying engineering judgment to ensure it meets our standards regardless of whether it originates from you, a teammate, or an approved artificial intelligence tool. Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability across applications and systems. Lead design reviews and architecture discussions to evaluate solutions, strengthen technical quality, and support scalable delivery. Partner with platform architecture, trust and authorization teams, and downstream IAM consumers to land coherent designs across organizational seams. Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to increase awareness and adoption of new and leading-edge technologies.
