Key facts

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end feature development across frontend and backend systems.
• Create scalable full-stack infrastructure for search, discovery, matching, and user onboarding.
• Develop and deploy backend APIs, asynchronous workflows, and frontend interfaces.
• Participate in architectural planning to establish long-term technical patterns.
• Produce maintainable, tested code and provide feedback through peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to refine requirements into functional user experiences.
• Proactively resolve technical debt and optimize system performance.

Requirements

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Proficiency in TypeScript for both client-side and server-side applications.
• Experience with React, Next.js, GraphQL, and Ruby on Rails.
• Ability to perform data modeling and work with PostgreSQL.
• Proven ability to own projects independently from start to finish.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-paced environments with shifting priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-integrated products, agentic frameworks, or OpenAI APIs.
• Familiarity with Temporal or similar asynchronous job orchestration tools.
• Background in building marketplace platforms or complex matching systems.
• Cloud infrastructure experience using AWS or GCP.
• Previous tenure at high-growth technology companies.
• Experience utilizing design systems and component libraries.
