Field Marketing Manager

We're looking for a Field Marketing Manager - Webinars to lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Achievers' webinar and virtual event programs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of demand generation, content, and operational excellence. In this role you will bring together compelling storytelling, scalable programming, and measurable pipeline impact.

You'll own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of our virtual programs, from shaping themes and building audience acquisition strategies to delivering high‑quality live experiences and maximizing on‑demand engagement. Along the way, you'll collaborate across marketing, sales, and content teams to turn each event into a repeatable engine for brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth.
