What you'll actually do

Day to day, you'll receive, verify, and allocate incoming stock, making sure every unit is logged correctly the first time. You'll manage the full loop of returns to the warehouse, documenting every movement so nothing goes missing in translation. And you'll produce daily stock status reports that give the wider team real visibility into what's available and what's coming.

Beyond the numbers, you're often the first face a customer sees when something's gone wrong with their product. You'll troubleshoot issues raised by customers or the sales team, coordinate in-warranty repairs, and handle depot interactions with the kind of professionalism that turns a frustrated customer into a loyal one. You'll work closely with retail and warehouse colleagues to keep inventory levels balanced - enough to meet demand, not so much that it sits idle. And you'll keep the depot itself in the kind of shape that reflects well on the brand: safe, organized, presentable.

What you'll bring

- Demonstrable experience managing stock or inventory processes, with a track record of catching and resolving discrepancies before they become losses

- Proven ability to handle customer-facing situations calmly and professionally, particularly around product issues and warranty queries

- Established comfort working with stock management systems and producing clear, accurate reporting under time pressure
