The Director of Grassroots Operations (DOGO) is a senior leader on the state leadership team responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing AFP's grassroots field capability and plays a critical part in developing talent, executing grassroots strategy, and driving community impact.

You are a people leader and oversee the full grassroots talent lifecycle - from recruiting and onboarding to coaching, performance management, and long-term development - while ensuring your team delivers high-impact results across events, volunteer activation, and policy engagement.

This role will be working in the field and be based in Texas.
