Payjoy provides credit services to underserved populations in emerging markets to foster financial inclusion. You will join our team to transform raw data into business intelligence that supports our mission of serving over 18 million customers.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with commercial teams to build dashboards and define KPIs using SQL and Python.
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders in finance, sales, and operations regarding data requests and automation.
- Administer and improve Zoho CRM by managing workflows, custom fields, assignment rules, and data integrity.
- Standardize and validate merchant and customer data including geolocation, contact details, and names.
- Communicate analytical results and strategic suggestions to leadership.
- Handle additional tasks as business priorities shift.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in CRM administration, business operations, or data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, specifically with platforms like BigQuery or Snowflake.
- Hands-on experience managing CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Expert level proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables and complex formulas.
- Capacity to resolve problems using incomplete or ambiguous datasets.
- Ability to explain technical data findings to non-technical business partners.
- Skill in multitasking and working within cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Looker, or Hex.
- Familiarity with retail or fintech sectors, particularly field sales operations.
- Foundational knowledge of Python.
