About the role

We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist specializing in Generative AI and LLMs for a contract position that offers the possibility of extension. This role is fully remote and is aimed at professionals who can design innovative AI solutions for enterprise applications.

What you'll do

• Develop applications powered by large language models tailored for business use cases.
• Create retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions to enhance output quality and reliability.
• Design and optimize prompt engineering techniques to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Work with both structured and unstructured datasets to facilitate AI-driven processes.
• Construct scalable solutions in Python and integrate models via APIs.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions.
• Assess model performance, minimize inaccuracies, and enhance system dependability.
• Assist with deployment and monitoring in cloud environments.

Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Practical experience with Generative AI and large language models.
• Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, retrieval workflows, or vector search methodologies.
• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP).
• Experience in prompt engineering.
• Understanding of TensorFlow or PyTorch frameworks.
• Background in developing or supporting AI solutions in production settings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FAISS, or Pinecone.
• Familiarity with models like GPT, Llama, BERT, T5, or Mistral.
• Cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or model monitoring practices.
• Experience in sectors such as healthcare, finance, retail, or enterprise software.
