Requirements

• 3+ years of experience directing enterprise AI, digital transformation, analytics, or automation initiatives.
• Track record of launching AI projects that result in clear business impact.
• Knowledge of large language models, AI agents, workflow automation, enterprise platforms, and APIs.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Ability to manage technology partners and make build versus buy decisions.
• Entrepreneurial approach with a willingness to engage in hands-on problem solving.
• Skills in strategic analysis and translating technical concepts into business outcomes.
