Professional Services DevOps Senior Engineer
About the role
Join JFrog's Professional Services team to guide customers in adopting DevOps best practices and JFrog's platform. You will be instrumental in helping leading organizations accelerate and secure their software delivery processes.

What you'll do
- Collaborate with clients to architect, implement, and deploy CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments utilizing JFrog products alongside technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code.
- Partner with internal teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Development to ensure customer success throughout their DevOps transformation journey with the JFrog platform.
- Design and build software delivery pipelines using tools such as Docker, NPM, Java, and Pypi, integrating with binary repositories, device distribution, and continuous build systems.
- Educate and train both the open-source community and JFrog customers on best practices and product usage.
- Provide feedback to influence the future development and roadmap of JFrog tools based on real-world customer needs.
- Stay current with emerging trends in DevOps, CI/CD, and related technologies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with customers and the wider community.
Requirements
- 5 to 7 years of experience with Continuous Integration tools such as CI Server, Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, Maven, Docker, and NPM.
- Proven ability to construct software delivery pipelines using Docker, npm, Java, Pypi, and various DevOps utilities including Git, binary repository management, binary scanning, and continuous integration.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure and operations, encompassing storage, networking, compute, security, and cloud environments (public and on-premise).
- Experience with Continuous Deployment and Delivery tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on proficiency in Linux is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP is mandatory.
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles with strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Experience with server-side software deployment, both on-premise and in the cloud.
- A strong desire to continuously learn and adapt.
- An open-source mindset.

Practical notes
- This position is open to remote candidates outside of reasonable commuting distance to the Atlanta office.
- The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $145,000, dependent on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments.
- An equity package of restricted stock units (RSU) is included, and employees are eligible for the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
