About the role
You will establish the operational foundation for the newly formed People PMO, creating systems that improve how the department manages its initiatives. This position requires a balance of high-level process design and hands-on project execution to ensure internal operations run efficiently.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the coordination rhythm for the PMO, including HR Tech syncs, prioritization cycles, and departmental events.
- Develop and implement project management frameworks and documentation templates.
- Provide mentorship to team members managing their own projects.
- Lead the rollout of organizational initiatives using structured change management.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, tracking timelines and key decisions.
- Monitor the People project portfolio to manage priorities, risks, and team capacity.
- Automate manual tasks to improve operational efficiency.
- Establish success metrics and analyze data to evaluate initiative outcomes.
Requirements
- Professional experience managing or coordinating projects within HR, People, or internal operations departments.
- Fluent English skills for effective communication across an international organization.
- Proven ability to bridge communication gaps between different teams and seniority levels.
- Demonstrated experience with digital tools and the ability to adapt to new platforms.
- Highly organized approach with a focus on clear documentation and workflow management.
