About the role
As a Key Account Manager for enterprise clients, you will be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to JetBrains' largest customers. Your main goal is to build and grow relationships with key individuals within these organizations, ensuring they get the most value from our software. You will be the primary contact, advocating for their needs internally and collaborating across teams to support their ongoing success.

What you'll do
- Build and strengthen connections with important stakeholders, decision-makers, and users to foster trust and align on shared objectives.
- Develop a deep understanding of each customer's business priorities and create custom success plans focused on product adoption, usage, and expansion.
- Monitor customer engagement and proactively address any potential risks or issues that could impact satisfaction or retention.
- Identify opportunities for upsells, cross-sells, and renewals by educating decision-makers on the full value of our product suite.
- Act as the customer's advocate, collecting their feedback and feature requests to share with product and development teams.
- Maintain accurate records of account activity, renewal forecasts, and expansion potential using the CRM system.
- Work with product, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth service delivery and support strategic initiatives for your accounts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Customer Success or Key Account role within the cloud, software, or technology industry, focusing on enterprise accounts.
- Experience managing relationships with complex, large-scale customers.
- Proven ability to build strong connections with executive-level stakeholders and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
- Demonstrated experience developing and executing account plans, including success metrics, renewal strategies, and expansion roadmaps.
- A focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and advocating for customer needs internally.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology and software solutions, with the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis to identify trends, monitor engagement, and optimize the customer's success journey.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluency in Polish and English.

- This role requires up to 30% travel for on-site meetings and relationship-building activities.
