Jerry is seeking an Associate Data Scientist to join our Data Science & Analytics team. This position is pivotal as we expand our operations and continue to innovate in managing physical assets. You will be part of a dynamic team that influences decision-making across various business units, driving impactful insights and strategies.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Collaborate with business units to identify key analytical questions and define metrics that drive performance.
- Conduct data analyses, create reports, and design experiments to extract actionable insights that inform business strategies.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, guiding them in decision-making processes to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a consulting firm, investment bank, or a fast-growing tech company.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL or Python for data manipulation and interpretation.
- Proven track record of addressing complex problems and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase.
- Familiarity with Jupyter Hub and GitHub for collaborative projects.
