About the role
Jerry.ai is building the first AI agent to manage all aspects of car ownership, from insurance to repairs. We have 5 million users, but we want to engage with them where they naturally discuss car-related topics: on platforms like Reddit, Quora, and TikTok. We are looking for an authentic voice to represent Jerry.ai in these online communities, building trust and providing genuine value.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Develop and expand Jerry's organic presence across key social platforms such as Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok
- Create a strategic guide for how Jerry.ai will interact within each community, including when to post, respond, or observe
- Cultivate Jerry's subreddits into active and reliable communities
- Design a content and engagement plan that can grow while maintaining authenticity, utilizing AI tools as appropriate
- Collaborate with the Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Monitor and report on key metrics like sentiment, brand visibility, referral traffic, and LLM citations
Requirements
- A natural communicator who avoids corporate jargon and writes in a style that resonates with online communities on Reddit, TikTok, and Quora
- At least 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media, preferably within fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing or regulated industries
- A strategic thinker who can establish repeatable systems and understands SEO and how large language models source information
- Demonstrated ability to make complex or typically uninteresting subjects engaging and human
- A patient, curious individual focused on building long-term organic trust rather than quick public relations wins
