You will help shape how Jerry interacts with its community, moving beyond simple management to active participation.

What you'll do
- Cultivate and expand Jerry's organic reach on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create a strategic guide for Jerry's engagement in each community, detailing when to post, reply, or observe.
- Develop Jerry's subreddits into active and reliable community hubs.
- Design a scalable content and engagement plan that maintains authenticity, incorporating AI tools as beneficial.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor key metrics such as sentiment, brand visibility, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Background in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing or regulated industries is preferred.
- Deep familiarity with platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora, demonstrating an ability to write engaging content that resonates with platform users.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on building repeatable systems, not just spontaneous interactions.
- Understanding of SEO principles and how Large Language Models (LLMs) reference information.
- Proven capability to humanize complex or typically uninteresting topics, making them relatable and engaging.
- Patient and curious approach, prioritizing long-term organic trust over quick public relations wins.
