What you'll do
- Expand jerry.ai's organic presence on platforms like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Create a strategic guide for engaging with each community, outlining when to post, reply, or observe.
- Cultivate active and trusted communities within jerry.ai's subreddits.
- Develop a scalable content and engagement strategy that maintains authenticity, utilizing AI tools as appropriate.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor key metrics such as sentiment, brand visibility, referral traffic, and LLM citations.
Requirements
- Over 3 years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing or regulated industries is preferred.
- Deep familiarity with social platforms, capable of writing in an engaging, non-corporate tone.
- Ability to develop systematic approaches to community building, understanding SEO and how large language models cite information.
- Demonstrated success in making traditionally dry or stressful subjects relatable and engaging.
- A patient, inquisitive individual focused on building long-term trust rather than quick publicity.
