Programmatic Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Programmatic Manager to join our Paid Media department and report directly to the Programmatic Director. This role focuses on managing major client accounts while refining ad operations and campaign optimization strategies.

What you'll do

• Improve campaign performance across programmatic channels through tactical adjustments.
• Create data-driven insights to guide client strategy.
• Assist the Business Development team in building strategies for new prospects.
• Manage direct client relationships via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Work with internal teams to build comprehensive digital advertising solutions.
• Analyze attribution models and third-party analytics data.
• Oversee media allocation, deal economics, and investment planning.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in programmatic advertising within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in real-time bidding, display, video, and CTV ad formats.
• Deep understanding of demand-side platforms and attribution modeling.
• Hands-on experience with the Google Marketing Platform.
• Expertise in managing campaigns within DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk.
• Experience trafficking campaigns using CM360.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills for business strategy development.
• Ability to produce high-quality professional documentation.
• Capacity to manage multiple competing priorities in a structured manner.
• Willingness to test new technologies and methodologies to address complex problems.

Practical notes

• You must be available to work EST hours, specifically from 6:30 pm IST onwards.
