Jellyfish is seeking a Programmatic Advertising Specialist to join our Paid Media team in Cape Town. You will manage campaign performance, develop data-driven strategies, and work directly with clients to deliver integrated digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Refine and optimize programmatic campaign tactics to improve performance.
• Create actionable insights to shape client strategy.
• Assist the Business Development team in building strategies for potential clients.
• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and face-to-face meetings.
• Work with internal teams to build holistic advertising solutions.
• Analyze attribution models and third-party analytics.
• Manage media allocation, deal economics, and investment decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising within an agency setting.
• Proficiency in real-time bidding, display, video, and CTV ad formats.
• Deep understanding of demand-side platforms and attribution modeling.
• Experience managing campaigns in DV360, Amazon, and The Trade Desk.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into business strategy.
• Professional business writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Preference given to Employment Equity candidates in line with our Affirmative Action measures.
