About the role

Jellyfish is seeking an Integrated Producer to join our creative team in Los Angeles. You will support a high-growth entertainment account, focusing on social brand and title editorial projects while reporting to the Senior Integrated Production Director.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Oversee the end-to-end briefing process, production workflows, and final asset delivery.
• Create project schedules and manage resource allocation for video and design outputs.
• Lead cross-functional teams and maintain communication with clients, internal departments, and external partners.
• Handle financial project health, including budget tracking, scope management, purchase orders, and invoicing.
• Attend the client office in person once per week.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a production or project management capacity within a creative agency.
• Background working with entertainment or social media-focused clients.
• Ability to manage client relationships and coordinate with off-shore partners or other agencies.
• Proven track record of improving and automating internal processes.
• Client-focused mindset with a dedication to building long-term business partnerships.

• Proficiency with Mac Suite.
