You will balance project management and production knowledge to deliver complex, high-budget projects across multiple markets. This role also involves improving efficiency, mentoring junior staff, and strategic problem-solving.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Lead large-scale, multi-market projects, meeting deadlines, financial targets, and quality standards.
• Work with Client Management to align on client expectations, provide status updates, and ensure project delivery.
• Manage project budgets, track financial health, handle purchase orders, reconcile invoices, and identify commercial risks.
• Collaborate with Resource Management to assign appropriate talent and distribute workload across teams and external partners.
• Oversee extensive content production, optimizing deliverables for various digital, social, and paid media platforms.
• Implement structured workflows and improve processes within Integrated Production.
• Address production challenges in real-time with agility, strategic thinking, and solution-oriented leadership.
• Mentor and develop junior team members through guidance, feedback, and professional development.
• Serve as a trusted production partner for senior internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and manage client escalations and scope discussions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

Requirements

• Proven ability to plan, scope, and execute complex projects across multiple markets.
• Expertise in managing large-scale project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost reconciliation.
• Skill in managing senior-level client interactions, ensuring alignment and strategic project oversight.
• Capability to handle high-stakes production challenges with agility and confidence.
• Drive to continuously improve workflows, production efficiency, and internal processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for clarity, alignment, and effective stakeholder management.
• Ability to develop, support, and guide junior producers, fostering a collaborative and excellent work culture.

Practical notes

• Eligible for a discretionary annual bonus scheme.
