Creative Shoot Producer

About the role

Jellyfish is seeking a producer to join a dedicated team supporting a major global sports brand. You will manage end-to-end production workflows, acting as an extension of the client internal communications and storytelling departments to execute high-level marketing campaigns.

What you'll do

• Oversee production budgets exceeding 500,000 EUR, including bidding, estimates, and cost tracking.
• Manage business affairs such as legal clearances, insurance, and usage rights.
• Coordinate international shoots involving athletes, celebrities, and fashion brands.
• Maintain production timelines and ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards.
• Handle post-production, music management, and resource networking.
• Manage administrative tasks including forecasting, paperwork consolidation, and final reconciliations.
• Represent Jellyfish within the client organization while adhering to global brand guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in cross-media shoot production covering print, digital, and TV.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability and willingness to travel globally for up to 40 percent of the time, often on short notice.
• Strong stakeholder management skills for client-facing responsibilities.
• Flexibility regarding working hours to accommodate different time zones and shoot schedules.

Practical notes

• This is a hybrid role allowing for up to 60 percent remote work.
