Creative Performance Strategist

About the role

This position connects media performance data with creative production to improve ad effectiveness. You will analyze campaign results to guide the creative team in developing high-performing assets for global clients.

What you'll do

• Examine creative asset performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to find successful trends.
• Assess specific ad elements such as hooks, visuals, copy, and calls to action to measure their effect on CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Create and manage reporting dashboards dedicated to tracking creative efficacy.
• Serve as the main point of contact between media, data, and production departments.
• Convert performance data into clear creative briefs and lessons for future production cycles.
• Work with the Creative/Pencil Lead to incorporate AI insights into the design process.
• Manage creative testing roadmaps, including A/B and multivariate testing.
• Handle metadata tagging for creative assets to ensure precise data collection.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align production output with media buying goals.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, media analysis, or performance-based creative roles.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of Paid Social and Programmatic advertising platforms.
• Ability to interpret storytelling and visual design principles for social media audiences.

• Experience with AI-driven creative tools such as Pencil.
• Familiarity with creative management platforms.
