You will act as a strategic consultant, focusing on client transformation and profitability rather than daily operations. The role requires a visionary leader who can deeply understand client businesses and translate insights into effective solutions.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Immerse yourself in client businesses, analyzing market trends, competitors, and audiences to find growth opportunities.
• Provide high-level guidance to align agency solutions with client business objectives.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, anticipating market changes and client needs to proactively scale business and mitigate risks.
• Drive industry insights and internal innovation through strategic partnerships with major tech companies.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and Project Director to define strategic and financial terms for commercial proposals.
• Lead complex pitches and renewals, crafting the strategic narrative and commercial framework.
• Oversee growth plans for a portfolio of accounts or large international clients to meet financial and strategic targets.
• Build and expand relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Guide cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, Data, Tech) to ensure excellent execution of strategic directions.
• Mentor junior team members in Account Director and Client Management roles, maintaining a high-level view of account health.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• At least 8 years of experience within an agency setting.
• A collaborative and confident approach to digital marketing projects.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a history of building long-term business relationships.
• Knowledge of processes and production for integrated campaigns, including websites, online media, and social platforms.
• Experience retaining clients and fostering growth with large accounts.
• Experience in negotiation and meeting client demands.
• Experience with budgeting and creating progress reports.
• Understanding of various communication research methods.
