About the role

Jellyfish is looking for an Account Manager to oversee production projects for a major global sportswear brand in the EMEA region. You will manage the production pipeline and maintain direct client relationships in this high-responsibility role.

What you'll do

• Direct end-to-end global production campaigns, including creative asset development, bespoke builds, and multi-market localization.
• Oversee multiple production briefs simultaneously, ensuring consistent progress on both large programs and smaller tasks.
• Serve as the primary daily contact for the client, managing their expectations and addressing requests quickly.
• Convert client needs into clear briefs and route them to internal production teams using workflow systems.
• Maintain quality assurance standards and ensure all projects are delivered on schedule.
• Manage project budgets and track all financial data throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an account management role within a creative or media agency.
• Proven ability to handle integrated production and localization projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience with budget tracking.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies.

• Experience managing integrated production and localization projects is considered an asset.

Practical notes

• This is a hybrid role requiring attendance at the Amsterdam office two days per week.
• You may work remotely for up to 60 percent of your time.
• Flexible working hours are available between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PM.
• The position includes eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.
• Roles in the Netherlands begin with a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension or permanent status.
