About the role
Jellyfish is seeking a US Regional Lead for the Google account to act as the commercial and operational authority for this high-tech partnership. You will bridge the gap between high-level client management and creative production while guiding the client through significant AI-driven transformations.

What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Google account, maintaining deep relationships with stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop a junior Account Executive.
- Lead the integration of AI-enabled frameworks across creative, production, and localization workflows.
- Manage high-volume marketing calendars and major product launches.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including strategy, creative, and project management.
- Drive commercial growth by identifying upselling opportunities and managing account budgets.
- Consult with clients on change management to integrate new AI platforms into their marketing ecosystems.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in creative production and client management for complex, global brands.
- Proven history of managing large-scale accounts within the technology sector.
- Practical experience implementing AI, agentic workflows, or automated asset production into creative operations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management processes during technology adoption.
- Experience working within agile or iterative production environments.
- Proficiency in managing multi-million dollar accounts and using CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Ability to coordinate work across multiple time zones, including US, Mexico, and EMEA regions.
