Account Supervisor

About the role

You will manage client relationships and lead the day to day execution of retail campaigns and social boosting initiatives. This role requires you to bridge the gap between client needs and internal production teams while maintaining project timelines and performance standards.

What you'll do

• Serve as the main point of contact for performance media accounts and campaigns.
• Translate client objectives into actionable internal briefs.
• Oversee the creative asset pipeline to ensure timely delivery.
• Audit creative materials against brand standards and performance benchmarks.
• Collaborate with project managers and billing teams to handle financial routines and operational data.
• Maintain organized account documentation and meeting records.
• Present success stories to clients to build long term partnerships.
• Coordinate with specialized teams to ensure performance reports are accurate and delivered on schedule.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in account management within the advertising, digital media, or creative sectors.
• Knowledge of paid social boosting and retail campaign mechanics.
• Proficiency in interpreting performance data, financial reports, and spreadsheets.
• Understanding of creative production workflows.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high pressure environment.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for managing client expectations and internal team dynamics.
