What you'll do

• Work closely with healthcare clients to pinpoint inefficiencies in their workflows and develop tailored AI and machine learning solutions.
• Quickly prototype, refine, and implement Charta Health's AI platform to provide immediate value to clients.
• Act as the technical lead at client locations, incorporating large language models and prompt engineering into operational healthcare systems.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in deploying large language models or machine learning systems.
• A focus on delivering practical solutions and business value rather than solely engaging in theoretical research.
• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations in client-facing roles effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience in healthcare technology or familiarity with healthcare operations.
• Background in working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
