BUILD, Inc. is a seed-stage venture backed by Index Ventures and leadership from OpenAI and Blackstone. The team is building an agentic AI stack for institutional real estate and currently generates 7-figure revenue by automating complex development and acquisitions workflows.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents using Python and LangGraph to manage long-running real estate development workflows.
• Manage full-stack features from initial concept through to production, including backend reasoning logic and frontend interfaces.
• Work with institutional clients to convert manual, multi-week processes into automated systems for large-scale asset portfolios.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of engineering experience, preferably at high-growth vertical AI companies or organizations like Ramp, Scale AI, or Glean.
• Demonstrated history of shipping production-level LLM or agentic systems that provide tangible value to users.
• Full-stack technical proficiency and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
