About the role
This role involves leading a team of Adoption Strategists focused on increasing platform usage for enterprise clients. You will guide your team, refine their methods, and occasionally engage directly with key accounts. Your primary focus will be on team performance, growth, and consistent delivery.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of Adoption Strategists, setting individual objectives and conducting performance reviews.
- Create and improve team playbooks, client engagement strategies, and best practices for client onboarding and change management.
- Provide direct support for the team's most valuable or technically complex accounts, assisting with use case definition, building technical champions, and executing proof-of-concept projects.
- Take ownership of team-level performance metrics, including win rate, adoption results, services revenue, time to value, contribution to renewals and expansions, and overall engagement quality.
- Collaborate with leadership in Sales, Product, and Engineering to represent the team in strategic partnerships and escalations.
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and headcount planning for the team as client needs grow.
- Report team performance and capacity to practice leadership, highlighting potential risks and resource requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
- 6 to 9 years of experience in AI/technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer success.
- 1 to 3 years of direct people management experience.
- Practical experience with at least one enterprise AI platform (e.g., Salesforce Agentforce, Moveworks, Copilot).
- Proven ability to establish team processes and scale a practice during growth periods.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with executives during critical client and internal situations.
