About the role
Ion is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join the team supporting Cedacri companies. You will manage liquidity and cash flow operations within a global organization that serves over 4,800 customers. This role focuses on optimizing financial processes and collaborating across departments to ensure effective funding and cash management.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Monitor daily cash positions and track liquidity levels.
- Create cash flow forecasts across short, medium, and long-term horizons while analyzing variances.
- Assist with financing tasks, including intercompany loans and revolving credit facilities.
- Oversee bank account administration and maintain relationships with banking partners.
- Track working capital metrics to improve cash conversion and collection cycles.
- Prepare treasury reports for Group Treasury and senior leadership.
- Work with Legal, Tax, Accounting, and Finance departments on treasury projects.
- Help automate and refine existing treasury workflows.
Requirements
- Master degree in Finance, Economics, Management Engineering, or Business Administration, preferably with honors.
- 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Treasury, Cash Management, Corporate Finance, Audit, or FP&A.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle large datasets and provide actionable financial insights.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
- Experience using ERP systems, specifically SAP.
- Prior exposure to Treasury Management Systems.

Practical notes
- This is a permanent position under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement for the Metalworking Industry (CCNL Metalmeccanico).
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL) is between 35,000 and 50,000 Euro, based on qualifications and experience.
- The final job grade will be set at level B2 or B3 following the selection process.
- In accordance with Italian Law L.68/99, priority is given to candidates from protected categories.
