What you'll do

• Design and implement the quality strategy and operating model for a large-scale banking transformation.
• Align quality goals with business priorities by working with leadership, delivery partners, and engineering staff.
• Create reporting frameworks and metrics to provide executives with clear visibility into delivery risks.
• Standardize quality engineering practices and controls across various workstreams and external vendors.
• Conduct risk assessments, readiness evaluations, and quality reviews to inform high-level decision-making.
• Manage operational and delivery risks by developing and executing mitigation plans.
• Evolve the quality roadmap and governance structure throughout the program lifecycle.
• Mentor quality leads and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or leadership positions.
• Background in defining and executing quality strategies, governance frameworks, and operating models in complex environments.
• Proven track record of leading quality efforts for large-scale transformation projects.
• Ability to influence senior technology and business leaders through effective stakeholder management.
• Experience establishing risk management practices, governance processes, and quality metrics.
• History of coordinating quality outcomes across multiple delivery teams and vendors.
• Professional experience within financial services, banking, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Knowledge of modern quality engineering principles and their application to program delivery.
