About the role
Join Foundry, an independent division within Instructure focused on developing AI-powered products. This role drives the growth strategy for new product pods, encompassing product positioning, demand generation, content creation, and customer lifecycle management. You will build marketing strategies from the ground up for innovative products.

What you'll do
- Define product positioning and messaging, including value propositions, naming, and packaging for new offerings.
- Lead go-to-market strategies and product launches for pilots, early access, and general availability.
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns, build audience lists, and recruit early-access users to fill the sales pipeline.
- Produce marketing collateral, digital content, and customer-facing assets to highlight product differentiation.
- Become the primary expert on customer needs and market competition, providing insights for product development and pricing.
- Manage customer lifecycle, driving adoption, expansion, and retention through consistent messaging.
- Monitor funnel and campaign performance against pipeline and revenue goals, making quick adjustments as needed.
Requirements
- Five or more years of experience in product, portfolio, or growth marketing, with a background in launching new products.
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies.
- Experience across demand generation, including campaigns, funnel optimization, and audience building.
- Strong writing skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of strategic content and collateral.
- Capability to influence executive and cross-functional teams, and to present effectively to various groups.
- A full-stack marketing approach, covering product marketing, demand generation, content, and lifecycle management with a focus on pipeline and revenue.
