What you'll do

• Improve search algorithms to boost accuracy and relevance for users.
• Develop and deploy machine learning models, then monitor their performance in production.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with at least 8 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree with 6 years of experience, or a PhD with 3 years of experience.
• Proven track record of successfully deploying machine learning solutions to large-scale production environments.
• Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Demonstrated ownership and accountability in technical and product areas.
• Practical experience with deep learning frameworks such as Torch or Tensorflow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience representing a company at major machine learning conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, or ICLR.

Practical notes

• Salary range: $163,000 - $341,000 USD per year, depending on geographic pay tier.
