- Ensure company compliance with relevant employment regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, or a hybrid of both functions.
- Demonstrated ability to execute full-cycle hiring.
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking software.
- Deep understanding of current labor laws and industry best practices.
- Strong ability to communicate effectively and build professional relationships.
Nice to have
- Prior experience recruiting specifically for consulting, professional services, immigration, or legal firms.
