Innovu is currently seeking an Integration Analyst I to join their growing team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This full-time position centers on supporting the integration of various systems and data workflows across the organization. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable data exchange between multiple business platforms. The Integration Analyst I will play an important part in maintaining consistent connections between core business applications and will help streamline day-to-day operational processes. What you'll do
Support the configuration and testing of integrations between internal software platforms and third-party services
Assist in mapping data fields across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency of all information
Monitor integration workflows on a daily basis and document any issues or anomalies that arise during processing
Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot connectivity problems between applications and resolve them in a timely manner
Help maintain comprehensive integration documentation including data flow diagrams, system architecture notes, and detailed runbooks
Participate in daily standups and sprint planning sessions with the broader integration team to track progress
Coordinate with business users to gather requirements for new integration needs and emerging feature requests
Perform thorough validation checks on data transfers to confirm completeness and correctness of all transmitted records
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of existing integration processes and help update standard operating procedures regularly
Assist in the deployment of integration updates in both staging and production environments under supervision
Write clear and concise technical notes summarizing integration changes for the broader operations team
Support the creation of test cases and test data sets for integration validation activities
Participate in integration retrospectives and contribute ideas for improving team processes and delivery speed
Review integration logs and error reports to identify patterns and recommend preventive measures
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience is required for this role
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience working with enterprise software integrations and data systems
Familiarity with REST APIs and common web service protocols is expected for this position
Experience with data mapping and transformation concepts in a professional or academic setting is important
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines
Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment with cross-functional partners across different departments
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and team members in a professional manner
Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to evolving integration technologies over time is essential
Experience with version control systems and basic scripting or automation is a benefit
Demonstrated ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records of all integration activities
Nice to have
Experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi is a strong plus for this role
Knowledge of SQL and database query writing for integration testing and validation purposes is helpful
Exposure to cloud-based integration tools such as AWS or Azure services is highly valued
Prior experience in a healthcare or life sciences data environment is a significant advantage
Familiarity with ETL processes and batch data processing workflows is a welcomed skill
Understanding of data governance principles and compliance requirements in a regulated industry setting

Data mapping and transformation techniques for enterprise system integrations and migrations
SQL and relational database management for integration data validation and querying
Middleware and integration platform administration, configuration, and monitoring
Workflow monitoring and logging tools for tracking integration health and performance
Version control systems such as Git for integration code management and collaboration
Basic scripting or automation skills using Python or similar languages
Experience with integration testing frameworks and automated test execution

This role is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is expected to work on-site during regular business hours each week
The Integration Analyst I reports to a senior integration lead or manager within the organization for guidance and review
Standard full-time hours apply with occasional flexibility for project deadlines and release schedules as business needs require
Onboarding and training will be provided to familiarize new hires with Innovu's integration stack and internal tools and systems
