SDE II - Salesforce AI

About the role

You will join the Enterprise Systems team to build and maintain Salesforce solutions that support internal operations for GTM, sales, and account management teams. This role focuses on integrating AI capabilities into our Salesforce ecosystem to drive business efficiency and performance.

What you'll do

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce architectures across multiple clouds.
• Develop and integrate AI-powered features using Einstein, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Build advanced Apex frameworks and custom Lightning Web Components.
• Optimize system performance, focusing on Apex, LWC, and Large Data Volumes.
• Manage secure API integrations and data models for operational and AI use cases.
• Oversee code quality, perform reviews, and manage CI/CD release cycles.
• Mentor junior team members and determine the balance between declarative and custom development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce development on the Lightning Platform.
• Expertise in Apex, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce security models.
• Practical knowledge of Large Data Volumes, Governor Limits, and CI/CD workflows using Git/GitHub.
• Exposure to AI and GenAI technologies including Agentforce, Einstein, or OpenAI.

Nice to have

• Salesforce PD2, Agentforce, or other relevant professional certifications.
• Experience with Einstein GPT, AI Cloud, or LLM use cases and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Event-Driven Architecture such as CDC and Platform Events.
• Experience with async processing and CI/CD tools like Copado or Jenkins.
