Senior Publisher Partnerships Manager

About the role

InMobi is seeking a dedicated professional to manage and expand relationships with App and Web publishers. You will act as a strategic advisor, helping partners optimize their monetization performance and yield strategies within our omnichannel advertising ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of App and Web publishers, ensuring long-term growth and satisfaction while providing support for CTV supply.
• Achieve quarterly revenue goals through yield optimization, header bidding configuration, and identifying demand-side gaps.
• Analyze publisher stacks, including ad servers and mediation setups, to independently diagnose and resolve performance issues.
• Partner with Product, Demand, Marketplace, and Engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities and resolve integration challenges.
• Lead monetization strategies for new partners, working alongside Sales during the onboarding process.
• Represent the company at industry events and forums.
• Mentor team members to improve overall supply partnership capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Publisher Monetization, Programmatic Account Management, or Yield Management at an SSP, Ad Exchange, or Ad Network.
• Direct experience with App and Web inventory is mandatory; CTV-only backgrounds will not be considered.
• Technical proficiency in header bidding wrappers (Prebid client, server-side, GOB, TAM), OpenRTB troubleshooting, and app-side SDK/mediation debugging.
• Understanding of privacy signal frameworks like TCF and GPP and their effects on match rates.
• Ability to conduct independent data analysis using SQL or BI tools such as Tableau or Looker.
• Proven history of managing a book of business and conducting QBRs.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
