Product Manager - Central Data Repository for People Analytics & AI/Automation

About the role

You will lead the transformation and consolidation of enterprise systems to streamline business processes and data architecture. This role focuses on building a centralized data repository to drive productivity and efficiency across InMobi's global business units.

What you'll do

• Define business strategy and functional requirements for internal products and enterprise systems.
• Create detailed product requirement documents (PRDs) for various user personas.
• Manage the end-to-end development cycle in collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analyze business operations across the value chain, including lead generation, CRM, sales, order fulfillment, finance, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities for system integrations and product enhancements to support a unified data landscape.
• Develop and validate AI-driven features to solve complex operational challenges.

Requirements

• Proficiency in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning, neural networks, and NLP.
• Experience managing the AI product lifecycle, including data collection, training, deployment, and monitoring for model drift.
• Knowledge of modern AI architectures such as LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and multimodal systems.
• Ability to build functional AI prototypes using low-code or no-code tools like Gradio, v0.dev, or Lovable.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, storage, quality, annotation, and dataset bias.
• Mastery of model evaluation metrics including precision, recall, F1-score, and ROC-AUC.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
