Senior Legal Counsel

About the role

InMobi is seeking a legal professional to manage commercial agreements and provide guidance on statutory compliance. You will work across various departments to mitigate risk and standardize contract processes for our global operations.

Key facts

What you'll do

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize a broad range of commercial and legal contracts.
• Coordinate with external counsel and consultants while managing internal stakeholder relationships.
• Advise on statutory compliance and handle dispute resolution, including drafting responses to legal notices.
• Develop and implement systems for contract administration, ensuring alignment with company policies for vendors, employees, and business partners.
• Create and update templates for office leases, data partnerships, marketing, advertising, and sourcing agreements.
• Provide risk mitigation support to finance, security, privacy, and regulatory teams.

Requirements

• Qualified law graduate from India.
• 4 to 7 years of professional legal experience.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and influence executive management.
• Demonstrated commitment to professional ethics and integrity.
• Ability to challenge existing processes and develop innovative solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience in both in-house roles and law firms.
• Background supporting engineering, IT, or internet-based organizations, specifically in ad-tech.
• Familiarity with SaaS contracts and employment law practices within the APAC region.
