About the role
InMobi acts as the exclusive partner for Microsoft Advertising, managing search inventory across the Bing platform. This role focuses on driving revenue and campaign performance for corporate clients while maintaining strong advisory relationships. You will work alongside a team of Account Strategists to ensure operational excellence and client satisfaction.
Key facts
What you'll do
- Manage the day-to-day operations for both new and existing corporate accounts.
- Execute campaigns flawlessly while adhering to all billing and compliance standards.
- Identify and implement budget upsell and optimization opportunities to meet client ROI goals.
- Educate clients on Bing Ads features to help them achieve business objectives and reduce their reliance on manual support.
- Coordinate with Account Executives and internal teams to resolve revenue blockers and escalations.
- Maintain and update customer plans to ensure actionable progress.
- Manage the transition process for accounts and handle book of business updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in search engine marketing, sales, or online media services.
- Deep understanding of internet advertising models including CPA, CPM, CPC, lead generation, and direct response.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot issues and solve problems in a collaborative environment.
