Account Manager - Microsoft Advertising

About the role

InMobi partners exclusively with Microsoft to manage search inventory across the Bing Ads platform. As an Account Manager, you will oversee corporate client accounts, working alongside Account Strategists and reporting to the Account Management Head. Your focus will be on hitting revenue targets, driving feature adoption, and building trusted relationships with advertisers, agencies, and tool providers.

What you'll do

• Handle daily account management for new and existing corporate customers
• Execute campaigns accurately and coordinate with internal teams on core deliverables
• Identify budget upsell and optimization opportunities aligned with client ROI goals
• Use internal tools to prioritize recommendations and speed up implementation
• Educate clients on Bing Ads platform features and how they support business objectives
• Reduce client dependency on account managers for routine platform tasks
• Manage customer escalations by partnering with Account Executives and internal networks
• Own customer transition processes and maintain operational standards during changes
• Submit actionable feedback on products, tools, and workflows through proper channels
• Stay current on Bing Ads developments and search industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in search engine marketing sales or online media services
• Solid understanding of internet advertising models including CPA, CPM, CPC, search marketing, lead generation, and direct response
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and customer-first mindset
• Ability to adapt quickly in a changing environment
• Familiarity with billing and compliance requirements for advertising accounts
