This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in SAP ERP ECC technology. Interns will engage in various aspects of software engineering and application development while supporting the integration of platforms within the Indian Army's operations.

What you'll do

• Support the functionality and upkeep of SAP ERP ECC modules.
• Create, validate, and enter master data into the SAP ERP system.
• Assist with data migration, cleansing, and verification tasks.
• Generate and analyze reports utilizing SAP ERP and Microsoft Excel.
• Help users troubleshoot basic SAP ERP issues and liaise with technical teams for solutions.
• Participate in system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and documentation efforts.
• Develop user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and other technical documents.
• Ensure data quality by monitoring and maintaining the accuracy and consistency of information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and provide ERP support.
• Contribute to system configuration documentation and initiatives aimed at process improvement.

Requirements

• B.Tech. / B.E. or equivalent degree with a focus on Computer Science and Engineering
• BCA with a specialization in BCA
• Availability for the entire 75-day internship
• Relevant skills and a strong interest in the project area

Practical notes

• Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
• Stipend is disbursed upon successful completion of the internship; attendance below 75% disqualifies stipend eligibility.
• Police verification is mandatory prior to onboarding.
• Accommodation is not provided.
• Personal smartphones and laptops are not allowed on the premises; workstations will be available.
