About the role

What you'll do

• Shape the user interface and overall experience of the decentralized exchange.
• Develop trading interfaces that are quick, smooth, and easy to use.
• Translate designs and product concepts into functional, high-quality features.
• Lead significant projects from initial idea to final release.
• Contribute to architectural choices, focusing on performance and scalability.
• Rapidly create prototypes, test concepts, and enhance successful features.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business units to enhance user and company results.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in building or expanding a decentralized exchange, trading platform, or similar trading product.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
• Solid understanding of frontend performance, accessibility, and user experience principles.
• A mindset geared towards product development, with a strong sense of ownership and independence.
• Ability to make sound judgments even with limited information.
• Comfort working with a sense of urgency within an ambitious, early-stage group.

Nice to have

• Experience building trading products from the ground up.
