About the role
This role defines and executes the marketing launch strategy for every new partner and conversion. You will be the primary marketing voice, shaping how imprint enters the market and setting standards for co-branded card marketing. This is an individual contributor position, reporting to the VP of Marketing, bridging brand, growth, and partnerships.

- Collaborate with analytics to define launch KPIs, build dashboards, and set goals aligned with imprint and partner objectives.
- Conduct post-launch performance analysis (0-60 days) and recommend scaling, cutting, or iterating.
- Own the end-to-end launch workback schedule and execution plan, ensuring on-time, on-strategy delivery.
- Create and maintain detailed timelines, proactively identifying and resolving risks.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across lifecycle, creative, ops, paid, data, and partner teams.
- Resolve competing priorities across concurrent launches, making resourcing and sequencing judgments.
- Author strategic briefs for lifecycle marketing on launch-specific email, push, and SMS campaigns.
- Brief internal channel owners on affiliates and paid for multi-channel launch campaigns.
- Lead creative development of launch toolkits and ensure messaging alignment across all channels.
- Conduct creative reviews, focusing on strategic alignment, brand consistency, and partner brand standards.
- Provide final creative signoff for all launch campaigns.
- Serve as the senior marketing contact for new partners during the launch window.
- Educate partner marketing teams on co-branded card marketing best practices.
- Set expectations with partners regarding timelines, creative, and campaign sequencing.
- Develop and evolve co-marketing programs with imprint's brand and retail partners.
- Collaborate with Business Development, Growth, and Product to identify marketing opportunities from partnership milestones.
- Own the performance narrative for co-marketing programs.
- Build and evolve imprint's marketing launch playbook into a repeatable, scalable framework.
- Own the launch marketing knowledge base and foster a culture of structured learning.
- Establish and enforce launch marketing standards across all new partners.
- Synthesize launch insights and feed them back to lifecycle marketing and product teams.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to lead co-marketing or partner marketing programs end-to-end with measurable business results.
- Strong strategic understanding of GTM planning, campaign development, and multi-channel marketing execution (PR, lifecycle, web, affiliates, paid, organic).
- Experience managing complex launch timelines, workback schedules, and cross-functional execution across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Proven track record of influencing and aligning senior stakeholders across functions (business development, growth, product, creative).
- Ability to manage multiple partner relationships and competing priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality.
- Exceptional communication skills in writing, presentations, and high-stakes partner-facing settings.
- Data-informed and analytically rigorous in evaluating campaign performance, diagnosing gaps, and making investment decisions.

- Experience in fintech, consumer finance, payments, or card-linked loyalty programs.
- Familiarity with co-branded marketing, retail partnerships, or affiliate and channel marketing.
- Experience building a partner marketing function, playbook, or operating model from scratch.
