Director, Enterprise AI Enablement

This position is central to guiding iFIT's strategic integration of artificial intelligence across its enterprise operations. You will lead initiatives to ensure our business units can effectively adopt and benefit from AI technologies. Your work will directly impact how iFIT innovates and delivers value through intelligent solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for AI adoption throughout the company.
• Oversee the identification and prioritization of AI use cases that drive business value.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deploy and scale AI solutions.
• Educate and empower business stakeholders on AI capabilities and best practices.
• Measure and report on the impact of AI initiatives on business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science leadership roles.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in an enterprise setting.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their business applications.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a relevant technical field.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform.
• Familiarity with the fitness or connected equipment industry.
