Key facts
What you'll do
Conduct comprehensive qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs and motivations.
Analyze research findings and present clear, compelling recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and design departments to inform strategy and decision-making.
Identify emerging trends and opportunities within the digital fitness landscape.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our user base and their journey.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, Marketing, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of experience in consumer research, market research, or UX research.
Demonstrated ability to design and execute various research methodologies.
Proficiency in synthesizing complex data into digestible insights.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field.
Experience with survey platforms and data analysis software.
Familiarity with the fitness technology or connected fitness industry.
