Head of Marketing Data and Measurement at ID.me.
About the role
This founding leadership position is responsible for building the data infrastructure, analytics practices, and measurement systems that guide marketing strategy at ID.me. You will design the architecture from the ground up, hire a team, and serve as the primary source of truth for marketing performance across consumer, enterprise, and government sectors.

What you'll do
- Develop an end-to-end measurement framework including multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, and incrementality testing.
- Reconstruct the Salesforce campaign-to-opportunity workflow to ensure accurate pipeline reporting.
- Create a unified marketing dashboard for real-time visibility into spend, channel performance, and funnel conversion.
- Manage the marketing data stack, including Braze, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering to maintain pipelines and ensure event tracking flows into data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a Customer Data Platform to unify 156 million user profiles.
- Define data governance standards, including taxonomy, UTM structures, and privacy compliance.
- Build models to quantify the revenue impact of brand, demand gen, events, and lifecycle marketing.
- Partner with Finance on budget planning, ROI forecasting, and scenario modeling.
- Establish an experimentation practice for personalization and audience segmentation.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in building multi-touch attribution or media mix models.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Experience influencing or owning a CDP implementation.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to executive leadership.
- Proven track record of working with Engineering, Finance, and RevOps teams.
- Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative field.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
- Background in companies managing both high-volume B2C and B2B enterprise motions.
- Familiarity with ABM infrastructure such as 6sense, Clearbit, or Demandbase.
- Experience scaling an immature marketing data function at a high-growth firm.
- Knowledge of identity resolution or data environments requiring high trust.

Practical notes
- Salary range: $169,097 to $207,000 USD (Mountain View, CA range: $200,585 to $245,600 USD).
- Benefits include 401(k) match, medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, parental leave, and various insurance plans.
